Return & Exchange Policy

Please note: All sales are final. We do not accept returns. We kindly ask that you review your selections carefully before placing your order.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out perfectly. We are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:
Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your item.

Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in perfect, resellable condition.

A $15.00 handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your original purchase amount total.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange process.
How to Request an Exchange

Email us at cosmosunshop@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and a brief reason for the exchange.

Once approved, you’ll receive an Exchange Authorization Number (EAN).

Clearly mark the EAN on the outside of your package.

Once we receive your item, please allow up to 5 business days for your exchange to be processed.
